| Learn how to apply your lace front wig, lace frontal or full lace wig like a pro! |
Join us at IMMIX Salon in Conyers, Georgia (suburb of Atlanta Georgia), for a lace wig application class for consumers. If you're frustrated with applying your wig, need the independence of getting a professional application on your own, or want to learn skills to perfect your technique, this is the class for you. The class will cover:
- Molding the wig to prepare for application
- Tips and tricks for cutting the lace
- Bonded application using glue
- Bonded application using tape
- Bonded application without apply adhesive applied to your own hairline
- Glueless application
- Removal and clean up
- How to touch up a bonded application
- Hairstyling techniques including roller sets, hot rollers and molding for a natural look
- How to cut a simple bang and simple layers
- The importance of using the right tools
- Adhesive tips and tricks
Bring your own adhesive to work with, or purchase adhesive at the class. You must also bring your own lace wig or lace frontal for the class, we will not provide pieces for your use! Application instruction will be performed on a model. Lace wig application class is from 9AM-12PM and you will be applying the wig, during the class, to your own head (or a model if you bring one). This class is geared towards consumers and not for hairstylists.
Our afternoon session includes hairstyling lessons, including thermal styling, roller sets and up-dos. Styling tools will be provided.
